Trevor was professional from our first meeting on. He explained the process from start to finish. He told me what I could do to make my house more appealing to the people that would be coming through. He was right on in his estimate of what he thought my house would sell for. This shows great knowledge of the market in this area. I appreciated him recommending a photographer to take the photos of my house along with the video that he did. Both were top notch in my opinion. I never had to wonder where things were at as Trevor was quick with updates. He was also very receptive when it came to questions. He always got back to me in a timely manner. He even recommended an agent in another state to help me find an home there. He really cares about his clients. Overall I can’t think of anything he could’ve done better!! I highly recommend Trevor to anyone buying or selling their home.
